Sales Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Melchizedek Integrated Systems. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all our systems, programs, and services. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • "We," "Us," "Our": Refers to Melchizedek Integrated Systems.
  • "You," "Your," "Client": Refers to you, the purchaser of our Systems.
  • "System": Refers to any product, program, course, digital content, or service offered for sale by us. This may include, but is not limited to, digital courses, workshops, and informational products.
  • "Eligible Systems": Refers to specific Systems designated by us as being eligible for the 60-Day Full Refund Policy.

2. Agreement of Sale

An agreement of sale between you and Melchizedek Integrated Systems only comes into effect when you have fully completed the online order form and payment has been authorized by your bank.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We accept payment via the methods specified on our website. Full payment for the System is required before you will be granted access.

4. Delivery and Access

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
  • For digital Systems, this email will contain the necessary information and links to access your purchase.
  • Access to digital Systems is for the sole use of the purchaser. Sharing of login details or course materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to client satisfaction and have a comprehensive refund policy in place, which is in full compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

A. 60-Day Full Refund on Eligible Systems

  • Eligibility: To confirm if a System is an "Eligible System" for the 60-day refund, please check the product description page at the time of purchase.
  • Process: To claim a refund on an Eligible System, you must contact us in writing at info@mi-systems.co.za within 60 calendar days of your purchase.
  • Refund: Once we receive your request, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 15 business days. Upon refund, your access to the System will be revoked.

B. Standard Refund Policy (All Other Systems)

  • Unsuitability: If a System is found to be unsuitable for a particular purpose that you communicated to us in writing before purchase, you may return it within 10 business days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Defective Systems: In the unlikely event that a System is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair within 6 months of purchase. In the case of digital products, a "defect" may refer to technical issues preventing access or use.
  • Direct Marketing "Cooling-Off" Period: If you purchased a System as a result of direct marketing, you have the right to cancel the sale within 5 business days of the transaction.

C. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Outside of the specific conditions listed above and your rights under the CPA, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for a "change of heart."

6. Intellectual Property

All content included in our Systems, such as text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of Melchizedek Integrated Systems and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Disclaimer

The Systems and information provided by Melchizedek Integrated Systems are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended as a substitute for professional medical, financial, or legal advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical, financial, or legal condition.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melchizedek Integrated Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Systems.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the jurisdiction of the South African courts for any dispute arising out of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Systems after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
